Sharon is considered an expert in the field of commercial real estate transactions and title insurance with 30 plus years experience in the title industry. She is a licensed issuing title insurance agent for New Hampshire and Maine. She is past president of the Young Mortgage Brokers Association, and is active in both the New England and the New Hampshire Mortgage Brokers Associations and a member of the New England Land Title Association. She has been active in the Rochester Chamber of Commerce and has served as one of its ambassadors. Sharon lives in New Durham, New Hampshire and enjoys skiing, golf, travel and gardening.

Phil graduated from the University of Rhode Island and the University of Maine School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree in 1979. He was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Conflicts of Law. He is affiliated with the Maine, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations. He has served as chair of the New Hampshire Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, chair of the New Hampshire Title Standards Committee, instructor in the University of New Hampshire Paralegal Program and instructor in Continuing Legal Education for Brokers. Phil lives in Rochester, New Hampshire with his wife and son and is a past member of the Rochester School Board. He is an avid photographer and has garnered many awards in this field.
