Seller's Checklist for Closing

• Confirm all Seller names and Social Security numbers
• If the property is a condominium, get an Insurance Certificate
• For new construction, obtain an Occupancy Certificate and a Certificate of Compliance
• Pay the final water bill and get a receipt
• Provide us with authorization to obtain payoff figures on your mortgage.

• Picture identification for all Sellers
• The deed to your property. You should have a copy of the deed to your property from when you purchased it. If you do not have a copy we can prepare a new deed for you. Please call to discuss the fee for this service.)
