What you need to do for condominiums

There are several other things that you need to do before the closing for condominiums.  

• You need pay any outstanding common area charges.  Please forward proof of no outstanding balance to our office as soon as you can.

• You must contact the condominium association to get an Insurance Certificate showing that there is hazard insurance covering the property.  Please forward this to our office as soon as you get it.
