What you need to bring to the closing

• All owners must be present at the closing.

• All parties must have picture identification, such as a driver’s license, a passport, etc.  If you have any questions about whether the identification you have will suffice, please send us a message or call our office as soon as possible.  

• If you need to bring funds to the closing, you will need a bank check or certified check in an amount that will be calculated by our office prior to the closing.  The check should be made payable to yourself, and you will endorse it to our settlement account at the closing.
