- Confirm
Borrower/Mortgagor names and Social Security numbers
- Arrange
for Homeowners Insurance and get binder and receipt
- If
in a flood zone, arrange for flood insurance
- Provide
us with a copy of your owner's title insurance policy, or if you
do not have a policy, review the on-line information
- Provide
us with authorization to obtain payoff figures on existing mortgage(s)
- Get
certified or bank check for closing
Bring

parties named in the lender's commitment letter
- Picture
identification for all Borrowers/Mortgagors
- Homeowners
insurance binder and receipt, or insurance certificate for a condominium
- Certified
or bank check to cover closing costs and up-front payments if
