What we will be doing to prepare for your closing

We have received from your lender an order giving us preliminary information about your loan and your new mortgage.  From this information we will order a title exam.  We will also be in communication with your lender to ensure that we get all the information and documentation we need prior to the closing.  

If you need to bring money to the closing, we will be calculating the correct figures based on the closing costs, taxes and other expenses to be paid and give you the figures before the closing.  All the figures for the transaction will be reported to you before the transaction on the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, which will be faxed to you at least 24 hours before the closing.  

We will contact you and the lender to schedule a closing date and time.
