At
the Closing
The
day has arrived for the closing. Please be sure you arrive
before the scheduled closing time and that you have everything you
were required to bring. If you have any documents that you
were required to bring to the closing, give them to the closing
agent at the start.
The
closing is a fairly informal process. The closing agent or
an assistant will explain to you each document you need to sign
so that you have a clear understanding of the documentation.
If you have your own attorney with you, your attorney may take on
this task. If you have any questions, ask now.
