Things
you need to bring to the closing:

All
parties named on the lender's commitment letter must be present
at the closing.

All
parties must have picture identification, such as a driver’s
license, a passport, etc.
If you have any questions about whether the identification
you have will suffice, please
e-mail or call our office as soon as possible.

If
you need to bring funds to the closing, you will need a bank
check or certified check in an amount that will be calculated
by our office prior to the closing.
The check should be made payable TitlePro LLC.
This check is to cover closing costs and up-front payments,
as well as owner’s title insurance if you decide to purchase
it. You should let us
know how you wish to be informed of this amount. Click

The
original of your new homeowner's insurance binder and paid receipt.

Any
other documentation that your lender has told you will be required
in order to close. (ie: gift letter, updated bank statement
showing withdrawal of deposit, etc.
